Service Description

16 one-on-one, one-hour sessions built around your goals, mobility, and recovery history. A full 8-week program designed to build real, lasting progress — not just a quick fix.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being deducted from your package. Packages are valid for a set time window from your start date (see Refund & Cancellation Policy) — unused sessions after that window are forfeited. Wear comfortable clothing and let us know of any injuries or medical conditions beforehand.
