Welcome to Next Step Training. By booking a consultation, session, or package with us, or by using our website, you agree to the following terms.

 

Services

​

Next Step Training provides personal fitness training, corrective exercise, and post-rehabilitation fitness services for individuals and groups. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, or professional medical advice. Clients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing a medical condition should consult their physician before beginning any new exercise program.

 

Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in any session, class, or program, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Next Step Training is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of gross negligence. A signed liability waiver and intake form is required before your first paid session.

 

Booking and Payment

 

    •    Full payment is due at the time of booking for single sessions and packages.

    •    Package sessions must be used within [90 days / 6 months, depending on package] of purchase. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited.

    •    Prices are subject to change, but any package you’ve already purchased will honor the price paid at time of purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

​

    •    Sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

    •    Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session or have one session deducted from their package.

    •    Free consultations require 24 hours’ notice; repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future free sessions.

 

Refunds

​

Packages are non-refundable once purchased, but remain valid for the stated usage window. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical reasons.

 

Client Conduct

​

We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue training with any client whose conduct is unsafe, disrespectful, or violates these terms.

 

Photo/Video Release

​

With your separate written consent, we may photograph or record sessions for marketing purposes. You may decline this at any time without affecting your services.

 

Changes to Services

​

Next Step Training reserves the right to modify pricing, packages, or service offerings at any time. Existing clients will be notified of any changes that affect active packages.

 

Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
