Service Description

24 one-on-one, 30-minute sessions for clients committed to long-term progress at a manageable pace. Ideal for ongoing post-rehab support, building endurance, or maintaining consistency over 12 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being deducted from your package. Packages are valid for a set time window from your start date (see Refund & Cancellation Policy) — unused sessions after that window are forfeited. Wear comfortable clothing and let us know of any injuries or medical conditions beforehand.
