Service Description

A package of 8 semi-private, one-hour sessions for you and a partner — split the cost, double the motivation. Programming is personalized to both of your goals, mobility, and any injury or recovery history, so you train together without losing individual attention.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being deducted from your package. Packages are valid for a set time window from your start date (see Refund & Cancellation Policy) — unused sessions after that window are forfeited. Wear comfortable clothing and let us know of any injuries or medical conditions beforehand.
